We are writing to update you about the proposed revisions to

 

Washington ’s notifiable conditions rule, Chapter 246-101 WAC. 

 

The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking package

above, for download) has been filed with the Office of the Code

 

Reviser and represents the formal rule revision proposal.  We

 

thank those of you who contributed feedback during preliminary

 

development stages.  We carefully considered your comments

 

in finalizing this proposal.  We are now soliciting your

 

comments on this formal proposal to take to the Board of

 

Health on November 10, 2010 for public hearing.
