It's time once again for the SKCVMA Community Service Committee to distribute the SKCVMA New Pet

brochure, which includes a certificate for a complimentary health exam for the adopted pet.  The 2010

SKCVMA brochures are only available through SKCVMA-approved organizations, which are listed below.

·      Seattle Humane (formerly Humane society for Seattle King County)

·      Progressive Animal Welfare Society

·      Seattle Animal Shelter

·      King County Animal Care and Control

·      Meow Cat Rescue

·      Friends of the Animals Fund (FAF)

·      Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project

·      Cat Purebred Rescue

·      South County Cats

·      People United for Pets (PUP)

Note:  All names of shelter organizations should be embedded in (NOT written onto) each brochure’s

certificate. (Representatives of the approved organizations sign an agreement to use the brochures

as supplied; any changes to the brochure would result in review and possible revocation of their

brochure privileges.)

SKCVMA members are encouraged to honor the free exam certificate, with restrictions as listed on

the  brochure, whenever possible as a community service.

·      A copy of the exam brochure can be viewed at our website in the members only area.

·      Please direct questions regarding this brochure and certificate to Dr. Sherrie Crow,

   Elliot Bay Animal Hospital:  206-285-7387.
